What are the system requirements for NRGship and NRGhip Pro

We highly recommend using NRGship solutions with macOS 13 (Ventura) or above. This OS can be installed on any Mac released since 2017.

The minimum requirement for NRGship for UPS is macOS 10.13 (High Sierra)

NRGship and NRGship Pro have been tested for compatibility thru macOS Tahoe.

A wired or wireless internet connection is necessary for communications with shipping carrier APIs.

A laser or thermal printer is required for output of shipping labels.
