What are the system requirements for NRGship and NRGhip Pro

We highly recommend using NRGship solutions with macOS 11 (Big Sur) or above. This OS can be installed on any Mac released since 2014.

NRGship and NRGship Pro have been tested for compatibility thru macOS Tahoe.

A wired or wireless internet connection is necessary for communications with carrier severs.

A laser or thermal printer is required for output of shipping labels.
