These scales should be HID compliant. NRG cannont test all scales for compatability. (Be sure to install our helper app for USB Scales)

Serial Scales - These scales are connected to a serial port or Serial->USB converter

Mettler Toledo PS60 - This scale should be selected as the model type for Toledo scales connected through Serial to USB adapter on Mac or Windows, or direct serial on Windows.

Fairbanks Ultegra This scale should be selected as the model type for Fairbanks scales connected through Serial to USB adapter on Mac or Windows, or direct serial on Windows.

-USB scales which follow HID compliance may also work with NRGship but have not been tested for full compatibility.
-Serial port scales should be configured for UPS communications which is 9600 baud, 7 data bits, odd parity and two stop bits.
-Keyspan USA-19HS serial to USB adapters are recommended, but are no longer compatible with recent operating systems like macOS Big Sur and beyond.
-Fairbanks Ultegra USB scales are not compatible with macOS Big Sur or beyond due to OS security enhancements
