Your Zebra printer should be a 203DPI model as the native labels provided by the carriers will only print properly at 203DPI. Some Zebra printers are configurable on the front panel to switch between 203/300DPI mode but we always recommend specific 203DPI printers.

Older printers like the Eltron/Zebra LP2844 are compatible with NRGship however they are not recommended as they date back to early 2000 and are prone to power supply issues which impact usability.

We recommend that you have wireless or ethernet interfaces on your printer for "shared" use with any of the Pro versions of NRGship. Many printers can be ordered specifically with ethernet capabilities. We do not recommend the use of third-party network adapters.

If you are using NRGship FM you should also install the NRGship helper app for printer and scales.

If you are using a non-native thermal printer like a Dymo, Rollo or Zebra ZSB-series then you will use the laser print option for proper output.
