If you receive this error during the NRGship OAuth flow with your UPS.com login, you will need to create a UPS.com login that is not tied to CampusShip.


  • Use this link to create a new UPS.com profile
  • Verify your email with the code provided
  • Skip the process about setting up your experience
  • On your Profile Dashboard add your existing UPS.com account with the Add a Payment Method button
  • Verify your UPS account using information provided on a recent UPS.com invoice

Once you complete this process you can use the link to connect NRGship to your UPS.com profile.
