I don't have a UPS.com login for shipping

Recently UPS changed security requirements that require connecting NRGship to a UPS.com profile thru an OAuth login. If you do not have a UPS.com login, you will need to create one. If you are using a UPS Reseller  like Worldwide Express (WWEX) or Unishippers you will need to reach out to your sales rep and they can assist in creating one for you.


  • Use this link to create a new UPS.com profile
  • Verify your email with the code provided
  • Skip the process about setting up your experience
  • On your Profile Dashboard add your existing UPS.com account with the Add a Payment Method button
  • Verify your UPS account using information provided on a recent UPS.com invoice

Once you complete this process you can connect NRGship to your UPS.com profile.


To test your new profile you can create a shipment at UPS.com as shown in this video.
