What is NRG's update policy?

NRG understands how critical shipping is to your business, therefore we are committed to providing the best support possible to our customers.

As part of your NRGship subscription fee, NRG provides product updates at no cost. These updates may include software fixes as well as new features. NRG suggests that customers are always using the latest release for optimum performance.

Product updates are user-installable by following product update instructions.

If you require assistance installing updates we ask that you open a support ticket with NRG by contacting us at 866-951-3124 Monday thru Friday, 8am - 5pm (CST),  or by submitting an email 24/7. If you can't get through to a person via phone, be sure to leave a message, but we also recommend that you submit your ticket via email.

Customers using multi-carrier Ship Connect should contact NRG support to schedule update assistance.

Please be aware of any Operating System or Claris FileMaker Pro requirements before updating.

If NRG staff is providing support for older OS or FileMaker versions it may be determined to be a billable event
