Why are my thermal printer labels printing upside down from NRG's UPS Shipping Software?

We have found that some printers default to "bottom up" printing. In the NRGship print settings you can change the output orientation in Preferences->Printers & Scales.

You can also try setting the printer to factory defaults. On a ZP450 printer, hold down the feed button until it flashes 4x.
