Why is the shipping address incomplete on my label printed from NRG's Shipping Software?

When you are creating shipments, be sure to keep the length of the name, contact and address fields to no greater than 35 characters as the data will be truncated.

In addition, extended characters, such as ñ é í ó ú ü ¿ ¡, cannot be used. These characters need to be removed and replaced with standard ASCII characters (a, b, c, d, etc.)
