Error: #10002 The XML Document is well formed but the document is not valid

If you are getting the following error:  The XML Document is well formed but the document is not valid (#10002) when creating UPS shipments in NRGship UPS, it is because you have selected a Zebra thermal printer as your printer type, it is connected to your computer via USB, but the printer is not turned on. 

To resolve this issue, simply turn the printer on and ship again. 

This error has also come up when a Zebra printer is connected to a USB Hub, which is connected directly to your Mac.  USB Hubs can perform differently based on the number of devices connected.  So if you get this error when connected to a USB Hub, either disconnect other devices from the HUB and try again OR plug your Zebra printer directly to your Mac via USB
