Why don't I get [Full Access] permissions to NRGship?

We use the separation model for NRGship so the Data files do have full access with developer accounts.

Because NRGship is a carrier-certified solution, NRG Software cannot provide full access to all of the FileMaker solution files. We do provide developer access to layouts and scripts in the interface, however not all are modifiable. With the developer access you can control authentication credentials for setup of SSO or other needs. In some solution we even provide User Scripts which can be modified for print setup or other customization in-line with existing UI functionality.

For special needs, please contact our support department as we are always happy to discuss or grant temporary access via remote session.

We also do not recommend making modifications to the NRGship files themselves because any changes (including user scripts) will be lost with future updates. NRG Software is not responsible for any customization lost during updates.
