Does NRGship support UPS RFID labeling?

Yes, NRGship supports UPS RFID labeling when used with UPS-supplied hardware like the Bixolon XD5-40tR. When connected to your Mac or PC, labels sent to this printer will be automatically encoded for RFID. Using pass-thru mode on the printer, you can connect a standard Zebra printer to the Bixolon USB port. Any non-UPS labels will be printed on the tethered USB thermal printer.
