Error: #264001 AV Service is not available

This error will be returned by UPS if their validation service is not available. Most often this is intermittent and should be resolved in a timely manner. If you continue to have this error please contact NRG support and we will open a ticket with UPS.

NRGship for UPS requires UPS address validation in order to parse the large address chunk into components so you will not be able to rate or ship until the issue is resolved.
