Can I print to my Rollo Printer from NRGship for UPS?

You can print your UPS labels with a Rollo thermal printer using NRGship for UPS.

  1. In Preferences, click on the Printer icon and then select the Plain Paper option. Press the Printer Setup button and choose your Rollo from the pop up list. If your printer is not available, Select Add Printer and use the macOS Printer control panel like you would normally.
  2. Adjust the presets as shown and press the OK button to accept the configuration.

This process can also be used for Dymo, Zebra ZSB-series and other non-native thermal printers.

Note that labels printed on a Rollo printer will have degraded quality as you can see from the image below. For the optimum print quality, NRG recommends the use of a Zebra thermal printer.
