Error: #120412 -The shipper cannot use the provided UPS account number as the payment method

This is a known issue and the UPS Dev Team is currently investigating it. They hope to have this resolved as soon as possible. The following details were provided by the UPS Support staff on 1/28/26 @ 2:00pm EST.

In the meantime, this issue can be temporarily resolved by having the receiver/third-party payer follow the Manage Inbound Charges procedure. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
