What are the requirements for UPS InsureShield Shipping Insurance?

InsureShield Shipping Insurance by UPS Capital is available in NRGship Pro for UPS and NRG Ship Connect products. Your NRGship account must be in good standing and we must have a card on file for any incurred fees. Customers with a trial NRGship account cannot use InsureShield. InsureShield fees are billed on the first day of the month for the previous month's fees. NRG will add a 3% surcharge to cover card fees.

Customers with their own InsureShield Policy are exempt from any NRG incurred fees and InsureShield integration is provided as a courtesy by NRG Software.
