Error: #120100 Missing or invalid shipper number
With the recent move for UPS Ready solutions to authenticate using OAuth, this error may occur if your UPS.com account does not have access to the UPS Shipper Account.
- Login to UPS.com
- Create a new shipment. You should see a popup to select the shipper account.
- If you do not see the shipper account, hit the UPS logo in the upper right
- Now select the icon in the upper right for your account
- Select Accounts and Payment
- Select Add a Payment Method to add a new or existing UPS shipper account to your UPS.com login. Note that you will need an exiting UPS invoice to add a shipper account.
- Once complete, you can now link NRGship to your UPS.com account
