Error: #250002 Invalid Authentication Information

You will receive this error if your NRGship Account has issues linking to your UPS.com account.

Follow these steps to resolve this error.

  • If using NRGship for UPS, follow the instructions in this video.

  • If using NRGship Pro for UPS or NRGship FM for UPS, go to Preferences->UPS Accounts
    • Press the Refresh button
    • Try to rate a shipment

    • If that does not resolve, you will need to go to https://account.nrgsoft.com and re-link your UPS.com account following the instructions in this video
