Error: #121801 The country or territory selected for transportation charges does not allow for Third Party payment option

When trying to ship to a United States address using a Third Party Canadian account you may recieve this error.

According to UPS, to use this type of payment, your UPS Shipper account number would have to have a contract service set up to be able to bill other countries' accounts.
