Why don't we see our discounted rate in NRGship?

NRGship customers who use resellers like Worldwide Express or Unishippers will see only a published rate, not their discounted rate in NRGship. When a carrier account is added in NRG, it's tied to the reseller, not the customer. If UPS was to display discounted rates, it would be the rate that the reseller was paying and not the customer rate. Becasue we are communicating directly with carrier APIs, the carrier is unaware of your contractual rates with the reseller. If you are passing shipping costs on to customers, you should be able to pass the published rate on to them knowing that the actual rate you'll be paying is less than the published rate.
